- Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional day.
- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping:

Heavy Metal Mug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
